  This is a hidden gem cherished by locals. Very low key hole in a wall shop with a freezer where you grab bags of freshly rolled dumplings to cook at home. The dumplings are made in house - there's always 3 or 4 old chinese ladies rolling them up.
  
  The dumplings are a bit pricy, but super consistent and taste really great. I've never had a bad experience with the food I've purchased here, unlike other premade dumpling spots. I personally purchase a variety of potstickers and dumplings any time I come in. Really, whatever you get  is probably going to taste quite good.
  
  I can't speak of the authenticity as I am not chinese, but I frequently do see chinese people come in with coolers and purchasing a ton of food, so that to me is a good sign.
  
  Sometimes they don't have an english speaking person working there when you're trying to check out, but that's not a problem because they just tell you the price using a calculator. Overall it's always a wholesome experience and I am glad that this place exists.
  
  Don't forget to pick up chinese vinegar!

  I have to admit, I was slightly skeptical about how frozen "do it urself" dumplings would taste. But, I was delightfully surprised at the result.
  
  We got the chicken wontons and the soup dumplings. Directions given were perfect. And u could tell when u take the food out and work w it to prepare it, it was of good quality. Chicken wontons were decent but just ok...nothing special. Soup dumplings were very good. I wouldn't say they are better than a restaurant but they are close to restaurant quality. You can still suck out some soup from them, not a whole lot, but I was surprised they had some soup and were juicy. We didn't have cabbage to place them on, as suggested, so we just used the foil cupcake holders, which were fine. Stuck to it some, but worked ok. Didn't have a steamer so just used a regular large pot to steam, which was fine. It's also a good price for the amount of food u get. We will def get the soup dumplings again and maybe try something different the next time too :).

  Their pork pot stickers are DELISH!!!
  
  Only problem...   my husband says he is missing instruction on how to cooked them, so he winged it.   But he has cooked up pot sticker for me before and it turned out well!!!  
  
  12 for 7.50 is $0.60 a pot stickers which is reasonable.   I'm coming back for more of these!!!

  Wow! Expertly made dumplings are hand made in house. These are frozen for you to pick up and take home. They give you directions on how to cook.  They also provide these to the restaurant up the street called King of Noodle!!

  I like it but don't love it.
  I've had this place bookmarked for a long time and finally made the trip out here.
  
  Let's start with what I like.
  I like that this place specializes in dumplings. They make it fresh in house and sell them frozen. They have instruction pamphlets so you can heat these babies at home. It's a straight forward process: you get in, get what you need, pay, and get the out.
  
  It was my first time trying out this place so I was excited. I did get a little bit carried away. I got 1 bag of pork & napa dumpling, 1 bag of pork potstickers, 2 bags of soup dumpings, 1 bag of shrimp & pork wonton, and 1 bag of pork buns. That's a lot...I did damage, alright...
  
  I really enjoyed the soup dumplings. I love the convenience of steaming these babies up at home and eating them whenever I feel like it. It tasted fresh, I could taste the pork, I could taste the soup. And, I don't have to go to a restaurant, spend more than I need to - just to have dumplings.
  
  The items that I didn't really like were the dumplings and pork buns.
  The dumplings had thick dough. The meat flavor was a bit on the bland side. I prefer thin dough. The pork bun was pretty bland too.
  
  The potstickers were pretty good. Again, the dough was thick but since I pan fried it, it added a nice crisp so I was still able to enjoy it.
  
  I'd come back for more soup dumplings. I will pass on the other items.
